The present invention relates to a method for producing a composite active carbon fibrous non-woven fabric. More specifically, disclosed is a method for producing a composite active carbon fibrous non-woven fabric, comprising the following steps: a pretreatment step for chemically pre-treating a first carbon fiber; a stabilizing step for stabilizing the pretreated first carbon fiber by treating the same with heat; a non-woven fabric processing step for mixing the stabilized first carbon fiber with a second carbon fiber made of different components from the first carbon fiber so as to form a non-woven fabric; and an activating step for heating the non-woven fabric at a predetermined heating rate for a predetermined period so as to activate the same.
