PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide techniques for treating and/or diagnosing colon cancer having mutant KRAS and mutant BRAF.SOLUTION: Colon cancer is treated with a composition containing miR-31 inhibitor. The diagnosis is performed based on the expression level of miR-31 in the biological sample derived from a patient with colon cancer. The colon cancer cells containing miR-31 or the mimic of miR-31 are produced, and drugs for treating colon cancer are screened using the colon cancer cells.SELECTED DRAWING: None
