PURPOSE:To make it possible to promptly detect a two-dimensional position by constructing a diffractive X-ray detector of line- or string-shaped detecting elements which are arranged two-dimensionally. CONSTITUTION:A diffracted X-ray, which comes from the X-ray of its source and which is reflected by a sample to be measured, is detected by the detecting elements which are made of anodes and cathodes of line shape on a semi-spherical detecting element substrate and which are arranged two-dimensionally. As a result, the two- dimensional position can be detected promptly without any complex analysis of the diffracted arc of a Debye ring which is formed on a film or the like. |
