PURPOSE:A printed matter having the special effect is obtained easily and simply by fabricating and printing each printed plate from the plural color dot printing negative films and a fixed printing negative film. CONSTITUTION:A sheet of a non-sensitive film is contacted with the plural negative color dot negative films, then whether a fixed printing negative film is obtained by exposing, developing and fixing each color plate, or a fixed printing negative film is obtained by registering a color dot negative film full plate of a negative and exposing, developing and fixing a sheet of a non-sensitive film. Then only the part of a printed matter on which is applied the color dot printing is dot-printed by a fixed printing ink by fabricating and printing each printed plate by the plural color dot printing negative film and a fixed printing negative film, or only the part of a printed matter on which is applied the color dot printing is dot-printed by a fixed printing ink. |
