PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method for a water collection piping device to which a rubber material sheet may be fitted without damaging a concrete material, along with an installation method for the rubber material sheet.SOLUTION: A water collection piping device is formed by connecting a plurality of concrete segments (2), and is for letting water that comes and flows in from a water inlet flow through. The water collection piping device includes: a rubber material sheet (5) installed on an inner wall surface at a location onto which the water that comes in crushes; first fitting parts (7, 8) fitted inside a bolt box (3) in which a connection bolt nut (4) that connects the adjacent segments and is spanned between a rear surface side of the rubber material sheet and the connection bolt nut; and a second fitting part (9) positioned on a front surface side of the rubber material sheet and that fixes the rubber material sheet on the inner wall surface in combination with the first fitting parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
