A tank body, a top and a bottom plate were manufd. simultaneously by the plastic powder molding method. The molding tank(2) was surrounded with heating pipe(13) which can heating the feeding part(4) and middle part of opposite wall(8). The shaft(5) which is transfered in tank had removable screwes (6)(11), and was rotated oppositely with 2 so as to spread the powdered plastic on the internal wall (10) of 4 and opposite wall(8).
