The insulating case carries a stay bolt unit with bolts mounted individually or in rows. The case serves partly as support between the bolt head and the nut. A large area washer is allocated to the nut as a pressure transmission element with surface sections on at least two opposite sides of the bolt axis, so inclined that they prevent flowing out of the softened insulating material. Suitably inclined sections of the insulating case are allocated to them. A supporting element(11) is inserted between the bolt(3) head(10) and the nut (5) or the pressure transmission element(4). Its length corresponds to the thickness of the insulating support.
