Wheelchair safety harness assembly - has adjustable buckles on strap system to secure patient and wheelchair in ambulance

The wheelchair consists of backrest, armrests and frame with vertical supports and a rear bottom frame. The harness has tow suspender-like straps connected in the abdomen area by a strap which can be opened by a lever buckle. The abdominal strap is fitted with padding. The four ends of the shoulder strap and the abdominal strap are joined together at the back of the user by an O-ring. The rear end of the shoulder straps are extended by a length terminating with fittings designed to be hooked on corresponding fittings on the ambulance vehicle floor. There is a strap with extensions on both sides of the wheel chair terminating with fittings to be hooked on the ambulance floor. A similar anchorage is provided on the front legs and the rear part of the frame.
