The pre-controlled two-way valve has a cylindrical main control valve housing centrally located in the valve block by means of an intermediary ring. Its control plate(5) has a seating hole (7), the diameter of which is the same as the outer diameter of the valve housing(3). The hole(7) takes a cylindrical insert(8) which is radially sealed and fitted on the intermediary ring(4) or the main control valve housing(3). In the insert(8) a check valve(10) and/or either a throttle valve(9) or a flow limiting valve is fitted.
