<p>Detection process, the sensitivity of which is at least equal to that of the radio-imunological method, without requiring a complex and expensive equipment. The labelling of the agent in question is effected by binding of at least one molecule of a bacterial lipopolysaccharide or similar. After the usual imuno-reactions, the detection itself is achieved by means of the Limulus Test or similar. </p> |
