Versatile scaffolding type profile girder - has partially enclosed groove for auxiliary element insertion with locking T=piece

The girder is designed both to provide for hanging horizontal scaffolding elements, such as frame boards, by means of fixing claws, and to serve purely as a profile girder. The building or scaffolding frame element (10) is esp. in the form of a profile girder with T or I-shaped cross-section. It has one or two lengthways aligned grooves (12'), with ledge-type battens (13) on the outside edges protruding inwards. There is an interchangeable auxiliary element for insertion in the groove, engaging it by means of a T-shaped profiled attachment. The auxiliary element itself may be U-shaped, with the attachment running along the centre line of the outside of its stem.
