<p>A round kneading machine for dough consists of an outer drum with through cavities for the lumps of dough, and an inner drum with peripheral recesses which describes in addition to the rotation of reciprocating motion. The dough charged in the 12 o'clock position is prevented from falling out in the quadrant from 9 o'clock to 6 o'clock by a curved support by rods on a pair of endless chains, carrying an endless kneading cloth. This ensures a secure and uniform deposition of the kneaded portions and dough without impeding the kneading action.</p> |
