Gas bottle discharge connection seal - uses blank washer and metal cap screwed onto connection

The plug consists of a blank seal which covers the connection. The seal is held into place by means of a cap made from a soft metal. The cap has a flat surface which covers the blank seal and a threaded pportion which screws onto the outside of the connection. A tab extends from one side of the cap to allow the cap to be torn off to open the connection.
