<p>Method of manufacturing a waterproof packaging container incorporating a readily soluble powder adhesive layer applied to the inner surface thereof and comprising the steps of forming a flat bag-like packaging container (1) having an adhesive-coated layer (2) at a predetermined location on the inner surface thereof, spraying gas into readily soluble powder (3) contained within the container (1) from a nozzle (5) or imparting vibration or rotation to the container (1) to thereby move and scatter the powder (3) to uniformly spread and adhere the powder (3) into the layer (2), and sealing an opening (1a). </p> |
