PURPOSE:To obtain a versatile module switching method by connecting and disconnecting function modules by a module discrimination signal transferred among function modules and display signals for propriety generated in modules. CONSTITUTION:Each function module 2 constituting a unit is equipped with switching control part 4, function part 5 and switching circuit 6. On receiving a module discrimination signal from signal line 7, control part 4 sends a switching control signal to circuit 6 and also sends the module discrimination signal to adjacent module 2. Control part 4 generates a signal showing the propriety of the module and when the module is proper, circuit 6 leads the input-output signal of function part 5 to one data line 3 assigned by the discrimination signal. Simultaneously, control part 4 sends a signal showing the arithmetic result of a propriety signal and discrimination signal to an adjacent module as the discrimination signal. When this module is improper, circuit 6 disconnects the circuit from data line 3 and sends a sent signal to the adjacent module as it is by the discrimination signal. |
