PURPOSE:To increase the strength and discharge performance by a procedure in which a mixed solvent of an organic solvent and an aqueous fluorine-contained resin dispersion is added to active substance, and then the mixture is kneaded and coated on the base of plate of the cell by pressing. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of organic solvents, e.g., ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, etc., and an aqueous dispersion prepared by emulsification of a fluorine- contained resin, e.g., polytetrafluoroethylene, tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer, etc., with a surfactant is added to a CdO-dominated active substance and kneaded. Then, the mixture is coated on both sides of the base plate and then press-sticked by a roll press. |
