PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned apparatus having the axial line of outer diameter regulating device body equipped with inclined split surface which is longitudinally split to be opened or closed, with the split surface of split auxiliary tube parallel to the axial line, and capable of leaving no boubling seam of the split surface on resin tube's external circumferetial surface and of being easily attachable and detachable to the mouth piece. CONSTITUTION:Outer diameter regulating device body 2 consisting of longitudinally split semitubulate elements 21, 22 whose split surface 23 is inclined against the axial line of tube-shaped hollow part, and split auxiliary tube 3 composed of semitubulate elements 31, 32 for attaching outer diameter regulating device body 2 to mouth piece 1 are installed on the apparatus. The split surface 33 of tube 3 fittingly meets plane running on the axial line. If the inclined angle of split surface 23 against the axial line of tube-shaped hollow part is sharp, it is difficult to open semitubulate elements 21, 22 because the split surface is in such state as to be fitted into resin tube A. Therefore, the inclined angle of approximately 5-15 deg. is recommended. |
