The profiled seal is for the door of a baking and roasting oven, containing a flexible reinforcing bar, and secured to the oven frame. It is detachably secured to the frame by means of clips fitting over its portion reinforced by the bar. There can be a peripheral recess in the frame containing a number of drillings in which the clips fit. The latter can be claw-shaped at one end, with spring shanks each incorporating a locking lug protruding sideways.
