The olive collector has a first fabric sheet (1) which can be rolled up and down in direct contact with the ground. A second fabric sheet (4), above the first one can also be rolled up and down, both sheets being handled by a mechanical action driven by a pneumatically or hydraulically operated motor. The equipment for rolling the first sheet has a bar (2) fixed on the ground and connected with one end of the first sheet. A movable roller (3) is in contact with the ground and a number of flat channels (14) are provided on that side of the sheet which comes in contact with the ground. The second sheet is rolled by a bar (5) with a resetting spring.
