Further, when the delivery charge is displayed on the display unit 7 provided with the issue machine 3, and the transmission of the delivery charge is finished and the slip-issue key of the calculation section 2 is operated, the calculation section 2 outputs the clear key lock signal locking the clear key provided on the keyboard 8 of the issue machine 3 and after that, the operation of the clear key is made ineffective and the clear key lock is released after the issue key of issue machine is operated and the slip is issued. |
