发明名称 REGENERATING METHOD OF CATALYST FOR PURIFICATION OF EXHAUST GAS OF AUTOMOBILE
摘要 PURPOSE:To decompose the vitrified combustion ash covering catalyst surfaces and recover catalyst performance by heating and maintaining the catalysts having been used for purification of automobile exhaust gas and having deteriorated through poisoning by phosphorus under the specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:The catalyst which have been used for purification of automobile exhaust gas and have deteriorated in performance through poisoning by phosphorus are heated and maintained for 0.5-5 hours at temperatures 900-1400 deg.C, by which the combustion ash composed of vitrified zinc phosphate covering the catalyst surfaces is decomposed and P2O5 components and part of metal oxide components are flown. As a result of this, the catalyst surfaces become porous and restore the catalyst performance.
