PURPOSE:To obtain a health drink rich in calcium, etc., by converting a calcium carbonate into a form easily absorbable together with chlorophyll and vitamin B2, and by dissolving essential unsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E in the presence of a specific substance in the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Naturally occurring calcium is powdered in a high-temperature furnace, and dissolved in lactic or acetic acid to give calcium lactate or acetate, which is dissolved together with chlorophyll and vitamin B2 in a sterile water. The resulting main constituent mixture is thoroughly incorporated in a complete solution prepared by dissolving essential unsaturated fatty acids, and vitamin E, which are cholesterol-lowering agents, in a mixture of ethanol, essential amino acids, and glycine, with stirring, and variors desired seasonings are added. The mixture is then resterilized, homogenized, and carbonated to form a health drink. |
