Anticorrosion primers contg. polyvinylbutyral 100, org. functional silanes 1-25, barate salts 20-350, phosphoric acid 5-50 parts, were prepd. Thus, a compn. from polyvinylbutyral 9, organo functional silanes 0.5, meta barium borate 2.5, polyaluminium phosphate 2.5, talc 5, isopropyl alcohol 60.5 and butyl alcohol 20 parts was pot-milled overnight, mixed in 80:20 ratio with a compn. contg. 85% H3PO4 soln. 18, H2O 16 and isopropyl alcohol 66 parts spray-coated on mild steel, and dried at 20≦̸C, and relative humidity 75% for 3day to give a 20μ coating
