The bubble trap comprises an elongate member 14 having flexible walls and depending vertically from a horizontal rigid bracket 10. The member defines a chamber having an upper portion of greater transverse dimensions than a lower portion and between the portions an intermediate horizontal wall portion 88 is provided with an inlet conduit 86.
