PURPOSE:To enhance the effects of a fluororesin in a paste whose main component is a dispersion consisting of lead powder, water, sulfuric acid and the fluororesin and to prolong the life of the paste by restricting the ratio of water to sulfuric acid to a specific range. CONSTITUTION:A paste whose main component is a dispersion consisting of lead powder, water, sulfuric acid and a fluororesin is prepared and then applied to a support in such a manner as follows. The ratio of water to sulfuric acid that is used for 1kg of lead powder should be within the range enclosed by and including the lines, which are formed by connecting the points X, Y and Z in the figure in which the x-axis indicates the amount of water and the y-axis indicates the amount of sulfuric acid; the total amount of water and sulfuric acid is calculated as 100%. Here, it is preferred that the amount of solid fluorine-resin that is contained in the fluororesin dispersion is 0.05-1wt% to the amount of lead powder. |
