PURPOSE:To produce an impeller large in the welding strength with a high accuracy by ultrasonic welding of the front shroud member and the rear shroud member with preheating of the shroud members on the side of the receiving jig. CONSTITUTION:The front shroud member 4 of the impeller provided on the receiving jig 2 is maintained at a higher temperature than the room temperature with preheating while the back shroud member 3 provided on the hone 1 side is maintained at the temperature equal to the room temperature. Under such a condition, both shroud members 4 and 3 are welded by ultrasonic wave. |
