<p>Apparatus for collecting the dust arising from a particulate solid comprising a first container with a porous member fitted to an opening therein, a rotatable shaft, transversely mounted inside the first container and supporting a second container, which holds a particulate solid and a means for applying a vacuum to the opening in the first container. In practice, the second container is rotated pouring out the particulate solid and the airborn particles are drawn to the porous member by application of vacuum.</p> |
