PURPOSE:To make possible supporting without giving any adverse influence upon the light signals being transmitted and fibers by mounting space supporting members coaxially and supporting the fibers under pressure collectively in the axial direction with the flange-shaped projecting edges thereof. CONSTITUTION:A supporting device 6 is formed with a U-shaped fitting 61 and is studded with a screw shaft 62 parallel to both side walls from the bottom center of this fitting, and the opposite spaces of both side walls of the fitting 61 are made slightly wider than the maximum diameter of space supporting members 7. A space supporting member 7 is of a disc shape and has a disc part 71, a flange-shaped projecting flange 72 and a center hole 73 fitting to the screw shaft 62. Pins 74 inscribing the outside diameter of the disc part 71 are opposedly projecting on both sides of the hole 73 and a required number of such supporting members 7 are prepared. A plurality of these supporting members 7 are mounted in the same direction to support under pressure the optical fiber cords 1 disposed along the circular face collectively in the axial direction with the mutually adjacent flange- shaped projecting flanges 72. |
