Provided is a method for a transmitter transmitting a signal through an unlicensed band channel. If an unlicensed band channel is in an idle state, a transmitter transmits, through the unlicensed band channel, an initial signal for preempting the unlicensed band channel. According to the time point of transmission of the initial signal, the transmitter includes in a frame burst a first partial subframe to be transmitted after the initial signal. Further, the transmitter transmits the frame burst through the unlicensed band channel.
