The house includes a black surface for absorbing UV in winter, and a white surface for reflecting it in summer. There is a balcony and terrace, and there is insulation between the three levels of the house. The house also has a solar panel for heating water, and a photoelectric panel for producing electricity from the solar energy. A battery is provided for storing electrical energy. Lighting is provided by a 24 volt system operating fluorescent lamps.</p> |
