A rocker switch for use in an electromechanical programme switching instrument to control an extra slow process. It consists of an outer actuator element and a change-over bracket conveying current. The current carrying bracket pivots between two electrical contacts. There is a second current-free change-over bracket operated by the actuator lever and located between the lever and the first change-over bracket. The free ends of the two change-over brackets overlpa in the direction of motion to transmit the movement from one to the other.
