PURPOSE:A belt conveyor that holds products on both sides and keeps them inclined and another belt conveyor that nips the bottom part of spits from both upper and lower directions are fitted on the place where the chain moves after the product is roasted, whereby spits are removed from the products automatically. CONSTITUTION:Chain 1 passing through the paste former, roaster and other devices in order is provided with spit holders 4 so that spits for holding the raw material is held by inserting them through the holders. As the chain moves, roasted product G held with spit C inserted through the product reaches the spit remover. The spit remover is composed of two opposing conveyor belts 6 that nip the product G on both sides and of other two coveyor belts 7 that nip the bottom part of spits. These belt conveyors are synchronized with the movement of the chain 1 and the conveyor belt 6 is kept inclined. Therefore, difference in height occurs between the product G and spit C as they go forward and the spit is removed. |
