发明名称 PREPARATION OF COAGULATING AGENT FOR SOYBEAN MILK
摘要 PURPOSE:To prepare a dry coagulating agent for soybean milk, having extremely low deliquescence, by reacting magnesium sulfate, calcium chloride and water in a mixed state under warming or heating. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. of a mixture of magnesium sulfate and calcium chloride at a desired ratio is mixed with 50-100pts.wt. of water, and subjected to double decomposition reaction by heating at 50-150 deg.C, pref. 50-100 deg.C for 10-30min. The product is dried to obtain a dried mixture preparation as the final state.
