Ground surface indicator, in the shape of a truncated dome, with a skirt or escutcheon that clips on to its head or flange. The indicator is a form of tactical paving for aiding the blind or vision impaired. The skirt (32) is in a ring or annular shape with a central opening (36) that leaves the central portion of the body (11) exposed. The skirt includes tabs (34) that are folded to affix the skirt to the peripheral edge (5) of the body. The body (20) optionally has a shaft, stem or rod (4) for insertion into concrete. |
