PURPOSE:To obtain the molded coil of an excellent workability and easy-to-handling by a method wherein an elastic material section is formed on the end face of the molded coil. CONSTITUTION:The coil 2, which has been formed by winding, is fixed on the inner molded 6A of a molding metal mold 6 through the intermediary of a spacer D and the like, and then the outer mold 6B is fixed on the outer circumference of the coil and the end face mold 6C is fixed on the lower section end face side by joining them together. Then at the bottom of the end face on the inside of the coil of the metal mold 6, liquid rubber which has a relatively excellent adhesive property and will become an insulating gummous elastic material after completely hardened, is pured. Then the coil 2 is heated, the liquefied rubber is hardened completely and the insulating material 5 to be located at the lower part is formed. Besides, the liquid rubber is poured on the upper end face of the coil prior to the post-hardening of the resin, the upper insulating material 5 is formed and the resin molded coil is formed. Accordingly, the molded coil of easy-to-handle and having an excellent workability can be obtained. |
