PURPOSE:To resolve problems such as shear blade life, working environments at time of cutting, etc. through the processing of a material without cutting with a shear blade by heating a material for plastic forming and then pressing it in an overlapped form. CONSTITUTION:First a plastic material 2 is heated and is fed by means of a conveyor 4 until the material came into contact with a stopper 7. Following this process, a thrust bar 6a is actuated with the help of a cylinder 6, thrusting the material 2 into between the conveyor 4 and a driven roller 5. The tip of the material 2 is doubled, reaching a conveyor 8 provided at the lower side. When the tip of the material 2 has contacted a stopper 11, a thrust bar 10a is actuated by means of a cylinder 10 fixed on a machine body, pushing the material 2 into between the conveyor 8 and a driven roller 9, so that the tip of the material 2 is triply folded, reaching a conveyor at the lower side. In a subsequent process, the same folding action is repeated and a material thus obtained 3 is pressed. |
