<p>PURPOSE:To provide the titled ink whose curing rate is rapid and which has excellent resistance against emulsification by dampening water, does not swell blankets and rubber rollers, and is suitable for litho printing in which the washing of printing presses is easy, by dissolving a solid resin in a specified addition-polymerizable unsaturated compd. CONSTITUTION:75-40pts.wt. addition-polymerizable unsaturated compd. (A) of the formula (wherein R1 is H, CH3; R2 is H, 1-5C hydrocarbon group; R3 is 5- 20C hydrocarbon group; m is 0.5-2, n is 1-2.5 with the proviso that m+n=3), 20-50pts.wt. solid resin (B) which is soluble in the component (A) (e.g. petroleum resin or a cyclic ketone resin having a softening point of 70-160 deg.C) and 2- 20pts.wt. photopolymerization initiator (C) (e.g. methyl o-benzoylbenzoate) are mixed together to obtain the titled ink. The component (A) can be obtd. by subjecting (meth)acrylic acid, a trimethylol type trihydric alcohol and an aliph. carboxylic acid to an esterification reaction. EFFECT:There can be obtd. printed matter having excellent gloss and film physical properties. The skin does not suffer from inflammation even in contact with the ink.</p> |
