PURPOSE:To set and change the boundaries of a decision region simply and freely, by converting analogue picture signals of specific color components and complementary color components into digital signals and by giving the address of a memory circuit on a basis of these signals. CONSTITUTION:Analogue picture signal X of specific color components and signal Y of complementary color components are converted to digital picture signals by analogue-digital converting circuits 5a and 5b. These digital signals become address inputs of memory circuit 7, where values of bicolor digital signals D1 and D2 to be output according to signal levels (addresses) are stored preliminarily, through address input circuit 6, and thus, bicolor digital signals D1 and D2 are obtained according to values of respective addresses. |
