PURPOSE:To exclude foreign elements such as waste straw, unripe grain etc. and to measure the value of moisture with a high accuracy, by performing the measurement of the moisture after carrying out the separation of air blowing of grains of unhulled rice flowing down from feeding opening of cereals. CONSTITUTION:Sample of unhulled rice flowing down from the vibrating cereals sending spout 6 from the cereals tank 22 through the cereals flow passage 24, is dropped to the cereals flow board 9. Meanwhile, the unhulled rice dropping from the spout 6, is separated by an air flow because of blowing the air of outside of the machine from the air supply window 7 to the air sucking window 8 by the exhaust fan 11. Uniformly separated unhulled rice flows sliding said board surface 9A and flows into the vessel for the sample 14 and then, a layer of cereals grain is formed. Uniformly separated unhulled rice of this layer is sampled by the sample saucer 20 and is sent to the moisture measuring part 21 to measure the value of moisture. On one hand, unripe grains, aristate grains flow sliding on the board surface 9B and is dropped to the discharge passage 15 and also, waste straw.dust are removed by being sucked into the window 8. |
