PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of void inside the poured type coil by a method wherein plural insulating members are inserted between conductors winding around the conductor making respective confronting faces of the conductors as to be exposed at the prescribed rate, and formation is performed with a resin. CONSTITUTION:The insulating members 5 having the prescribed size and the prescribed thickness are adhered on the surface of the conductor 1 leaving proper spaces winding around the conductor 1, the coil is wound holding the prescribed space between the mutual conductor 1, and the coil exposing the respective confronting faces of the conductor 1 at the prescribed rate is formed. The coil formed by this way is arranged in a metal mold, and a thermosetting resin 3 is poured in to make the resin 3 to be extended over the respective parts of the coil. After then hardening treatment is performed by heating. Accordingly the generation of void inside of the coil can be prevented. |
