FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. System of bone plate with bone screw for fracture fixation, in which locking screw with head with thread, installed at angle, interacts with threaded hole of bone plate. Upper surface of plate in area of holes for bone screws has at least one shaped spherical or oval deformation, which has concave or convex part relative to upper surface of plate, as well as concave or convex part relative to bottom surface of 4 plate. Convex part of deformation has recess. Deformation depth is the higher the more is deflection angle of hole α axis (6) from axis (11), perpendicular to upper surface of 3 plate (1).EFFECT: invention enables preservation of optimum thickness of plate without need for thickening along whole length without limitation of inclination angle of screw to surface of plate and maintaining coaxiality of deformation and axis of locking hole.1 cl, 3 dwg |
