This disclosure relates to a method for quantitatively determining the nitrosoamine content of a sample. More particularly, the present disclosure is concerned with a method of determining the content of polar-substituted alkyl nitrosoamines at levels as low as 20 nanograms in the presence of interfering substances such as nitrites and the like. |
