<p>A latch bolt for locking sliding windows. The bolt includes a housing and a spring biased handle formed with a pivotal stump. The pivotal stump is seated within the housing, the handle being locked against any axial displacement. The housing is provided with a channel in which at least one insert is disposed for locking the handle against axial displacement. A spring is disposed interior of the channel and between the assembled pivot stump and housing.</p> |
