<p>The method for taking-off supernatant substances on an aqueous medium, particularly oil on water, consists in taking first a mixture water/supernatant substance on the surface, decanting the mixture, and then pumping the supernatant substance; the residual water still containing at the surface and/or interface the substance in question, will be treated at counter-current an inclined plane, from which the water will be collected. </p> |
