<p>The oven allows selection of the method of oven heating from the four common cooking methods: atmospheric pressure with uncirculated air, atmospheric pressure with forced air circulation, above atmospheric pressure using water vapour, and atmospheric pressure but in saturated water vapour. The oven has electric heating elements at the top and bottom, and a motor driven fan at the back, which can be switched in if required. Immediately above the oven is a water container, with a float valve and a heating element above with a steaming enclosure above that. A motor driven rotisserie is fitted in the oven space, and temp. controllers are provided. Additionally, use is made of the steam generation capability to provide espresso coffee facilities.</p> |
