<p>In order to realize an easily and simply dismountable driving arrangement for a stiring device (14) at a cooking appliance (10) or similar vessel, a driving motor (25) is mounted at the outside of the vessel, or on to a heating jacket (12) surrounding the vessel, respectively. The stiring device (14), which may be of arbitrary shape, comprises a centre shaft (19), which by means of a quick coupling (24) is connectable to an angular gearing (23) mounted in the hub of a suporting cross (20), the arms of which extend to the side wall of the vessel and are attached thereto by means of bayonetcouplings (22). At the bottom the stiring device is guided by a preferably conical centre stud (18). …<??>Between the primary gearing (26) and the engular gearing (23) a horizontal shaft (28) extends immediately above the top edge of the vessel. The shaft is connected to the gearings by means of quick couplings (29, 30). …<??>A cover (32) may easily be arranged to fit on to the vessel, and is provided with a recess for the horizontal shaft (28). When pouring out the contents of the vessel, the mechanism and the stiring device may remain seated on the vessel.</p> |
