The grain cooler consists of a silo container standing vertically with a filler opening at the top and with a closable outlet opening at the bottom which reduces in size in a funnel shape. There is a blower for circulating air. There is a heat sensor inside the bulk goods and another heat sensor in connection with the outside air and a comparison circuit is only able to switch on the motor of a suction blower when the heat sensor connected to the outside air indicates a lower temp. than that positioned inside the bulk goods. There is also a conical sieve in the lower section of the silo container with the suction blower fitted on its flange.
