Camera using electrographic film - sensitises and processes film in separate positions allowing loading of non-sensitised material

The electrographic film is provided unsensitised and can be stored in daylight. It is fed into a charging chamber (3) from where it is fed directly into a light proof cassette (1) coupled to the chamber. The cassette is fitted to a camera (8) and exposed. Processing is carried out by feeding the films into a processing chamber (10), also separate from the camera. The separate charging and process chambers achieve a compact electrographic camera. The film is only protected in a light proof enclosure after sensitising and before fixing.
