A plastic valve for fluidiseable material which has a filling valve and which is made up from two or more layers of film, possibly in the form of a tubular film, the film or the film layers being joined together at top and bottom, preferably by welding along the end sealing lines 1 and at the sides possibly forming folded edges 3, 4, and at least one slit 5 being made in the bag for the introduction of the material that is to be packaged, possibly through a sleeve inserted in the slit 5, a flap, which in conjunction with the slit can define a introduction duct for access to the inside of the bag, being provided for covering the slit. According to the invention the slit is essentially made transversely across the top edge of the bag, a turned-down flap 6 being secured in order to cover the transverse slit 5, the turnover of which flap essentially coincides with the top edge of the bag. This provides a bag with filling opening at the top, which is at the same time easy to manufacture. The flap means that the opening is completely sealed when the bag is filled. The flap may sit both internally and externally. <IMAGE>
