An apparatus for mixing two liquids, in particular for the production of beverages, which assures good mixing of the fed components with good decoupling of the feed lines in operation and which is also operable with a counter-pressure occurring on the outlet side of the mixture. The apparatus possesses an injector (1) whose propellant jet is fed with one liquid and whose low pressure chamber is fed with the second liquid. There is no pump in the liquid feed lines (2, 3), but the suction side of a liquid pump (6) is provided downstream of the injector (1) connected directly to the mixing tube (4). <IMAGE>
